Axtronics’s
Hotspot Server is a
solution for managing an entire network of an enterprise
through web-based user interface. This system assists a
network administrator to manage, monitor, configure and
trouble-shoot a network built with Wireless Guard APs from
anywhere. Hotspot Server allows the administrator to
effectively control the network resource allocation and
manage the entire series of the Wireless Guard devices.
Hotspot Server is equipped with Remote Management function
that allows a system administrator to manage all devices on
the network from a remote location. This centralized
management effectively reduces the configuration problems an
administrator would face when managing many network devices
at the same time. It allows an administrator to provide
local users in the enterprise the best technical support
such as firmware update and new VPN tunnels setup. More
importantly, Hotspot Server allows a system administrator to
better comply with the enterprise’s information security
guideline. With all these excellent characteristics, Hotspot
Server assists the system administrator setting up and
manage devices such as Wireless Guard on the office network
in a more cost-effective way.
